Why is a home visit required before installation?

We carry out surveys in person so that our engineers can understand all elements involved before they proceed to install your new boiler. We pride ourselves on performing a smoothly run service. Being able to prepare for all aspects of the job is crucial to this.

Are credit checks done before going on a payment plan?

Yes. Credit checks are taken on all individuals to determine if they meet the necessary requirements to use our finance options.

Can I reapply if I am unsuccessful for the payment plan?

Of course. Situations change all the time. We understand that you may be in a much better position financially going forward. Therefore, offer the option for you to reapply for our finance plans.

Do the finance plans need a deposit?

No. All plans don’t need a deposit. In addition, most are interest free as well.

How often are finance plan installments?

All plan payments start one month after boiler installation and will require payment once a month.

Can I pay off my balance before the finance plan has ended?

Yes. You will also not pay any early payment fees either.

Will the plans with interest rate increase?

No. All interest plans include fixed interest rates throughout its duration.

Are there any hidden fees I have to worry about?

None at all. We made sure to keep all costs up-front so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Are the boilers good quality?

All boilers that we install are top-grade, energy efficient, and long lasting.

How long will the boiler installation take once purchased?

We aim to install all boilers within 48 hours of purchase. If we need any longer, we will let you know accordingly.

What happens with my old boiler?

We will remove and dispose of your old boiler, to give you one less thing to worry about.

Will the installation be messy?

We keep the mess to a minimum. All of our engineers are always conscious of your home and will do their utmost to reduce mess and clear up to leave your house looking spotless once the job has been finished.

What is a chemical flush?

This highly useful service is effectively a deep clean of your radiators and central heating system to clean all its pipes. Over time rust and small metal debris can clog up heating pipes and unless they are dealt with, can cause major issues.

Do all boilers come with a warranty?

Yes. All boilers are covered by their manufacturers backed warranty which includes fixing most parts, labour for fixing them and call-out fees, for up to 10 years. However, to keep your boiler running smoothly without the chance of it breaking, especially in the winter. We offer several boiler care plans that provide constant checkups to give you constant peace at mind.

How do I keep my warranty active?

The boiler must be serviced annually by a Gas Safety registered engineer to ensure your warranty is kept valid.

Do you offer servicing on boilers that someone else installed?

Yes. We are always happy to carry out thorough servicing checks to ensure your boiler is working as intended without any nasty surprises.

Should I try fixing my boiler first before calling an engineer?

We would ultimately advise that you contact an expert whenever facing issues with a boiler. All boilers can compex pieces of equipment that require a professional to handle.

Do you cover all boilers?

Most but not all. Please contact us so we can advise if your boiler can be covered.
